Future Forward

A proud dad of two boys, husband, Bucks County native — and inspired proponent for civics and reforming our ailing democracy. After graduating from Penn State and the University of Pennsylvania, Andrew built a career in business spanning 15 years in business strategy, healthcare, Federal innovation, and social entrepreneurship. He is currently a Business Executive, the founder of the Civic Innovation Campaign, author of the book Engaged, and holds numerous Board positions. He attributes his passion for civics from his first job as a paper carrier working for The Intelligencer here in Bucks, from elementary through high school.

Be engaged, let’s collaborate

  • Andrew is also the author of Engaged (2021), a personal reflection on civic engagement. He believes we need to evolve the world’s oldest democracy to respond to 21st century challenges. His work has been featured in the Stanford Social Innovation Review.

  • As a civic entrepreneur, Andrew founded the Civic Innovation Campaign designed to bring new ideas to engage the next generation of citizens. In this capacity, Andrew has worked alongside many national organizations on many generational challenges to civic and political participation.

  • Our economic conditions influence public faith in government, political participation, and civic engagement.

Coming of age during the great recession, Andrew’s work is motivated by the challenges and opportunities facing his generation & younger — declining life expectancy by the opioid epidemic and covid-19; polarizing political leaders; the urgency for climate and environmental action; an equitable economy; continued assault on basic rights; mental and community health crises; and a faltering belief in the world’s oldest democracy.
